Cationic 65% – C65B3

Cationic 65% is a bituminous tackcoat with a high binder content that is used to promote adhesion between successive bituminous layers of asphalt. It may also be used as a patching material.

Cationic 65% is produced and CE marked in accordance with I.S. EN 13808-2013 Bitumen and Bituminous Binders – Framework for Specifying Cationic Bituminous Emulsions and complies with Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s (TII’s) specification for Cationic Bituminous Emulsions.
