Cationic 70% – C69B3

Cationic 70% is a bitumen emulsion which is extensively used as a standard surface dressing emulsion in road maintenance programmes throughout Ireland. Primarily used on Regional & Local roads, it offers Road Engineers a cost effective and high-tech tool to prolong the life of the road.

Cationic 70% is typically used when sealing unbound materials such as Clause 804 or recycled surfaces because of its ability to penetrate and bind the road material.
