Polyflex 75 / Polyflex 65 / Polyflex F (Fuel resisting bituminous binder)
Higher pavement temperatures and greater traffic stresses have led to the widespread use of Polymer Modified Bitumens. These products give improved performance over a wider range of in-service temperatures.
Manufactured at our state-of-the-art plant, Polyflex provides a cost effective way to get the highest levels of performance. Using an SBS polymer, Polyflex offers enhanced performance across a range of properties. Bituminous materials produced using Polyflex will have a greater resistance to high pavement temperatures and rutting along with greater flexibility.

Polyflex is used in a wide range of products including high modulus base and binder course materials, Polymer Modified Stone Mastic Asphalts and Porous Asphalts. Polyflex has been used successfully on several motorway projects throughout Ireland.
Polyflex F is a premium polymer modified binder designed to impart increased Fuel resistance to hot mix bituminous materials. The use of Polyflex F will result in stronger, stiffer and more durable materials that may be used in areas where fuel spillage is likely.
